Monday 6th: Administrative Night for Officers and Staff!
1815h : New registrations! Young people interested in joining cadets for the 2004 - 2005 year are asked to come to HMCS Hunter to get their paperwork started. To help us out, please be sure to bring the following items:
birth certificate
health card
medical information (doctor, allergies, etc)
a parent or guardian to provide consent!
Saturday 11th: Familiarization Flying
0900 - 1300 hrs at Journey Air, Ltd. (2800 Hayes Avenue)
Sunday 12th: Battle of Britain Parade
1230h : Cadets to arrive at Queen Elizabeth 2 Park
1330h : Battle of Britain ceremony at park
Cadets will march to the Air Force Club of Windsor following ceremony
1530h : pop and chips will be served at the Air Force Club. Cadets can be picked up from that location (1570 Marentette Avenue)
Monday 13th: Cadets recommence
1810h - 2130h : Get the year started out right! New registrations, as well as all Cadet levels are encouraged to attend the first night of Cadets for the 2004 - 2005 year

Saturday 18th:
Parade involving band members possible. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
Monday 20th:
1810h - 2130h : Regular Training Night at Cadets
Monday 27th:
1810h - 2130h : Regular Training Night at Cadets
Monday 4th:
1810h - 2130h : COs Parade, followed by sports.
Wednesday 6th:
1730h - 1930h : Flying Scholarship - Windsor Flying Club
Monday 11th:
Thanksgiving - No Cadet Training tonight
Friday 15th - Sunday 17th:
All Air Weekend at Peacekeeper Park
Cadets should arrive at HMCS Hunter at 1600h on Friday 15th.
Cadets will be returning to HMCS Hunter around 1700h on Sunday 17th.
Sunday 17th:
Gliding (half day) in Chatham
Cadets should arrive at HMCS Hunter at 0800h, and should be back at HMCS Hunter by 1230h. This event is "weather permitting", and Cadets should bring water, a hat and coat (appropriate outfit for the weather) and their health card.
Monday 18th:
1810h - 2130h : Regular Training Night at Cadets
Sunday 24th:
0800h - 1200h : Promotional Exam
This will consist of drill, uniform inspection (that means wear your uniform) and a written test. All Cadets expecting / seeking promotions must attend.
Monday 25th:
1810h - 2130h : Regular Training Night at Cadets
Saturday 30th:
0800h - 1330h : Familiarization Flying
An introduction for the Cadets to the joys of flying. Leaving from the Windsor Flying Club. Cadets must sign up for a specific time-slot on the sign-up form on Monday night.
Sunday 31st:
1200h - 1700h : Gliding at Chatham Gliding Centre
Cadets to meet at HMCS Hunter, and will return there.
Monday 1st:
1810h - 2130h : COs Parade followed by sports. Cadets should remember to bring their issued PT gear.
The parents are invited to come and watch the progress their sons and daughters are making in band, drill, etc. The parents meet after the COs parade for an informal time of information exchange.

1900h - 2100h : Flying Scholarship (Ground School)
